COVID-19

First and Foremost, we at Gagliardi Law want to express our first concern which is for your health and safety. Please follow all social distancing guidelines as strictly as possible. For the protection of our clients and staff, we are continuing to provide essential legal services during this trying time.
Attorneys and staff are doing their best to respond to telephone calls and emails. We are checking postal mail and deliveries daily. Most court dates will be shut down by Wisconsin Supreme Court Order through close to the end of May.
We are trying to keep our civil litigation cases moving by taking video depositions when possible; either doing mediations by telephone or video conferencing; or the old fashion way of engaging in settlement discussions over the phone.
We are doing our best to keep your case moving and to be responsive to your legal needs while keeping within the social distancing guidelines.
We pray that this pandemic will pass and we will be safe soon. In the meantime, this is a serious crisis that we are in together. Together we stand and together we will have the strength regain a safer environment for our families and friends.
